Embedding theory of reservoir computing and reducing reservoir network using time delays

چکیده

The dynamics of reservoir computing (RC), a compact recurrent neural network, is validated as higher-dimensional embedding the input nonlinear dynamics. Based on this rigorous validation, delayed RC established with significantly reduced network size and promoted memory capacity, which can achieve reconstruction even in single neuron.
